Map: The Hunters
-BIO- chose protoss and spawned at 7 o'clock while 007
picked zerg and started right next to him at 6 o'clock.
bio starts by building a gateway, forge and then another
gateway when 007 builds a pool and sunkens.
Their scouting units misses eachother based but the units
themselves meet and 007's ling starts chasing after bio's probe but never
reaching him as a zealot interfered.
By that time, bio fortified his choke point with a pylon
and 8 zealots and started an expansion in his entrance.
But he hurried to nowhere and both players took their
time to build up.
Due to better economy, bio builds a cyber core followed
by citadel of adun and a stargate while 007 builds his hydra den.
bio start a 2nd expansion on 11 o'clock and 007 just
misses it with his scouting ling.
bio then builds a fleet beacon and templar archives and
007 builds his lair.
bio whose in control of the map expands again to support
his intended carriers at 12 o'clock, again unspotted by 007.
A 2nd stargate shows as well as the first carrier. 007
researches overlord's ablility to transport and makes the first offensive
of a very dry and long game by droping hydras on the back of bio's main.
I would have had a screenshot of that attack if hive-ruler
wouldn't have disturbed me.
The attack was destroyed to shreds by bio's templars,
cannons, carriers.
Bio could destroy 007 right there but decided to continue
building, he built an arbiter tribunal in his expansion and had 5 starports
at the time building carriers+arbiters. 007 who didnt expand built a somewhat
small ,comparing to the upcoming onslaught, defensive force of hydras and
spore colonies.
The onslaught came late, but came good.
2 arbiters+about 8 fully deployed carriers with templars
support finished 007's main and only base.
007 sought last resort, building a hatchery in the middle
of the map, but this was found by passing probes, then followed by zealots,
the hatchery was never completed.
